neo suspends and blanks display even when USB cable is connected

frameworkd should detect connected usb cable and not suspend,
also not blank display.
this was working before.

This is only the case if you're booting while the usb cable is connected. So just replug it after boot.

its working now with replug. (it wasnt when i opened the ticket)

Full fix for coldboot will happen after switch to (non-existent yet) fsoeventsd.

For the archive:

Problem is that the new fsodeviced
is so fast that it reports power status when the old python-based
frameworkd is not up and ready yet, so oevents will not see the report
that power is plugged in during the first time. (at least that's what we
think happens).

I think you mean that fsodeviced has already sent the signal before
frameworkd started listening for it. If thats so, then shouldn't
frameworkd first query the current status as well to get the initial
condition while adding the listener?

Yes it probably should. However as this is just for the transition phase
until more components are moved over to fso*, we have bigger fish to fry
at the moment. (like making incoming calls work)

So, this is a clear case of "patches welcome" :)
