No autosuspend/autodimming when not touching touchscreen.

Description

I'm using latest SHR image (openmoko-shr-image-glibc-ipk--20090502-om-gta02). After waking it up manualy, by clicking power button, it won't autosuspend/dimm again if touchscreen is not touched.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Ensure you have auto-dimming and autosuspend turned on in SHR-Settings.
  2. Wait for FR to autosuspend.
  3. Click powerbutton and wait for it to wake up
  4. Don't touch touchscreen and wait until you are sure it should already dimm/suspend.
  5. Click anywhere on the screen.
  6. Now it should suspend/dimm after some time.

Result:
FR won't suspend if you don't touch the screen.

Expected result:
FR should suspend even if screen is not touched.

Confirmed with the same image and kernel uImage-2.6.28-stable+gitr0e5fe639e234cdeb11d8441f19c5b3109a8b6a17-r2-om-gta02.bin.
